(Only Available in Our Service Area) Time is of the Essence. Your Pool Party is tomorrow. Your guests arrived and the pool heater isn’t working. Your pool isn’t filtering. Fix it now! is a premium expedited service when you just need it fixed in 24hrs. There is a $150/hr Labor (2hr Minimum Charge for travel to/from you location and parts pickup). In addition you will pay for any parts needed to repair or replace equipment. Once your request has been received, we will expedite a service tech to your pool within 2hrs.

Your pool equipment is not functioning properly and you need a service tech to determine why the equipment isn’t functioning properly. We charge $95 per hour for diagnostic work. If we can repair it on site, we will contact you with an estimate. If our estimate is approved, we will credit the $95 diagnostic fee on your invoice.

We can repair or replace any of your pool equipment. The repairs can include pool motors, pool lights, pool timers, pool heaters, spa jet pumps, leaking valves, broken pipes, etc. Our fee is $130 p/hr for labor plus parts. We prefer to purchase our own parts due to manufacturer warranties. We can’t warranty parts that you purchase and ask us to install.

We can add the following: Pool Heater/Chiller, Salt Cell Systems, Pool Automation, Pool Autofills, Pool Filter, Pool Cleaner, Robotic Cleaner, Booster Pump, Chlorinators, UV Lights and Acid Feeders . We will schedule an appointment with you to discuss options, provide a written estimate and complete the work when approved. We prefer to purchase our own parts due to manufacturer warranties. We can’t warranty parts that you purchase and ask us to install.

If the skimmer line or main drain line of your pool becomes clogged or blocked, we can clear the blockage. The fee is $250 to clear the blockage.

Over time your pool plaster may become stained due to unbalanced water and high metal content entering the water. You may notice a tanning effect on the plastic parts in your pool or green/blue color on your plaster. We can drain the pool and wash the plaster with acid to remove the staining. This process is thousands of dollars less than replastering your pool and most pools can be completed in the same day. The cost will vary depending on the size of your pool.

Pool Renovations include: Replastering or Resurfacing the pool, Repairing or replacing the pool tile, Adding a spa to your pool, Adding a Waterfall, Water feature or Firebowl. We will be there with you from conception to completion.

We can replace a vinyl liner for an inground pool. We do not replace above ground pool liners. There are many colors and patterns to choose from. We charge a flat fee of $400 to visit the pool, assess the pool and get measurements needed to create the new liner. We will provide an estimate after measuring. We will provide a sample of colors and patterns for you to choose. A 50% deposit must be made prior to ordering the liner. After we receive your deposit, the liner will be ordered from the vendor. There is a 6-8 Week lead time after your liner order is submitted. Once the liner is received by us, we will contact you to schedule your liner installation.

I’m Ian Wilkins, Owner of the Pool Repair Company LLC. I’ve lived in Destin, FL Since 2000. I’ve worked in the pool industry for 15+ years. Our Service Techs are polite, highly skilled, dependable and trusted. But don’t take it from us. See our reviews above. Our Techs are trained to arrive on time, complete the work timely, clean up their job, notify the customer of other potential issues, notify the customer the job is complete and ask the customer if they have any questions. Our service techs complete annual training from the 3 largest manufacturers of pool equipment. They understand the modern electronics and advanced pumps and automations.
The Pool Repair Company, LLC is also an approved and certified warranty repair station for these manufacturers. If we install your pool equipment, it fails, and it is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will file the warranty claim and contact you to schedule the replacement.

Our Products
We purchase 100% authentic manufacturer replacement parts directly from local suppliers. While we try to keep our own inventory stocked, we cannot control the inventory of our suppliers. Due to supply shortages it may take us longer to receive the exact part that you need. We try to keep our service trucks stocked with parts. At times We may need to leave your job to purchase a part. Most of the equipment that we install has a MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY for a specified time. If a part that we install fails and it’s covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will file your warranty claim for you and replace the failed part.
We are an approved WARRANTY repair station for the parts that we purchase and install from these manufacturers.
